Where does Noen Matcha come from?

Noen Matcha is an exceptional matcha, grown in the prestigious Uji region of Japan, renowned worldwide for the quality of its green teas. Our tea leaves come from a unique terroir and a harmonious blend of cultivars, carefully selected to guarantee an incomparable taste experience.

Why choose a single origin matcha?

A single origin matcha, like Noen Matcha, means that it comes from a single geographical region , in this case Uji. This guarantees consistent quality, full traceability, and a richness of flavors typical of this iconic region.

What is the difference between premium and ceremonial matcha?

Ceremonial : From the first harvests, with tender leaves and a bright color, it offers a sweet and refined flavor, ideal for pure tasting.

Premium : Harvested a little later in the season, it remains of excellent quality and is perfect for lattes or culinary recipes.

How to store Noen Matcha?

Store your matcha in an airtight container , away from light, humidity and heat. Avoid metal containers to preserve its aromas and prevent oxidation . Place it in the refrigerator after opening to maintain its freshness.

What are the delivery times and prices?

Metropolitan France : Delivery within 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Europe : Delivery within 5 to 7 working days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received this email or the shipping time has passed, contact us at noen.matcha@gmail.com .

Use the package tracking page by entering your order number or tracking number.

How do I download my invoice?

Your invoice is available in your order confirmation email. If you can't find this email, write to us at noen.matcha@gmail.com , and we will forward it to you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

My package is marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please check:

My package is returned to sender. How do I receive it?
