  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 100 g of sugar (white or brown)
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml of milk (or vegetable milk: almond, oat, etc.)
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil (sunflower or coconut)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 150g raspberries (fresh or frozen, not thawed)

Preparation Steps

1. Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Prepare a muffin tin by placing paper cases or lightly greasing the cavities.


2. Mix the dry ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, matcha, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure the matcha powder is evenly distributed.


3. Prepare the liquid ingredients
